No permit will be issued until a full plan review is complete.
The building permit must be obtained by the General Contractor or Project Manager for all multi-unit residential, commercial and industrial projects, there are no sub-permits allowed.
Plan review requires three sets of site plans, and two sets of building plans stamped by an Iowa certified/licensed Architect/Engineer, two sets of building plans (One & two family residential only require one plan set for review)
All plans must include a Storm Water Management Plan that includes erosion control. No inspections will be done until this plan and erosion control have been verified and approved.
