No permit will be issued until a full plan review is complete.
The building permit must be obtained by the General Contractor or Project Manager for all multi-unit residential, commercial and industrial projects, there are no sub-permits allowed.
Plan review requires three sets of site plans (One being a .pdf), and two sets of building plans stamped by an Iowa certified/licensed Architect/Engineer (One being a .pdf), two sets of building plans (One & two family residential only require one plan set for review). January 1,2020 - digital plans accepted in leu of hard copies.
All plans must include a Storm Water Management Plan that includes erosion control. No inspections will be done until this plan and erosion control have been verified and approved.
